Feeling Stuck in Your Technical Role?
Confused about How to Transition from a Technical into a Leadership Position?
Well, you came to the right place.
Let me explain what I mean…

Over twenty years ago, I moved to the States with a degree in Geography, eager to pursue my passion for map-making.
I climbed the ranks from GIS intern to Director of Information Technology and Leadership Development.
The journey wasn’t easy—I faced many challenges, fears, and uncertainties.
But through determination and learning, I made the leap.
And what I've found since then is that I am not alone in feeling all of those fears and uncertainties.
Each and every day, I see and speak to talented, hard-working, ambitious technicians in my field who have a passion for leadership themselves but struggle with finding the shortest path to get there.
Today, my mission is to guide technicians on their journey to becoming leaders, to help individuals navigate the complexities of career growth, develop their leadership skills, and achieve their full potential.
HOW?
Over the next ninety days, we are going to turn you into the Technical Leader that you are meant to become.
The way we do that is through the three main pillars of the Technical Leadership Roadmap.
Pilar 1 - Leadership
Adopt a leadership mindset, understand the responsibilities of a leadership position, and embody leadership in every aspect of your work. This pillar prepares you to lead effectively, inspire others, and create real change in your organization.
Pilar 2 - Advancement
Unlock the confidence to lead, master the communication skills to influence others, and build the connections that will propel your career forward. This pillar equips you with the essential tools to advance from technical expert to impactful leader.
Pilar 3 - Impact
Develop a clear vision that aligns your work with your organization’s goals, make meaningful contributions that drive progress, and lead with integrity to build trust and respect. This pillar ensures your leadership leaves a lasting, positive impact on your team and industry.
